Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will leverage your interpersonal skills and financial industry expertise to manage client interactions and perform essential administrative functions. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, processing service requests, and providing guidance on various investment account typesall through a wealth management-focused CRM. As a detail-oriented, organized professional, you will ensure accurate, efficient support for both clients and internal teams, becoming a valued part of the financial journey for stakeholders.

Salary: Up to PHP 48,000

Balance and Precision in Every Client Interaction

  • Support Optimize employees with general inquiries and process service requests within the CRM
  • Execute administrative tasks and updates in CRM systems and with custodians
  • Handle phone calls professionally, engaging with various stakeholders to ensure excellent service
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams through support tools
  • Provide problem-solving assistance and CRM guidance to internal teams

Customer Service with an Eye for Financial Details

Must-Have:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging personality
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of investment types and account structures
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and uphold accuracy under pressure
  • Availability to work full-time, in person

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with Canadian financial institutions
  • Educational background in Business or Finance
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
