Duties/Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls from customers, listening attentively to their concerns or questions, providing accurate and helpful information, and resolving customer issues or complaints.
What are we looking for
At least HS grad (old curriculum) / SHS grad (new curriculum)
Willing to work full time and in shifting schedule (no part time)
Average to excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Willing to work on site
