QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be a graduate of Customs Administration;
Must have a 1-2 year experience in Customs; Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Reliever and as Back-up Customs Processor
- Back-up Customs Processor for volume surge and when necessary
- Act as reliever when a regular Processor is absent
- Ensures 100% and timely releasing of shipments
- File entry documents to the BOC/PEZA
- Provides timely updates to the Operations Manager/CS on the shipment and documentation status
- As Trucking Coordinator
- Attend dispatching for Trucking operations
- Collects EIR, Waybill and other documents from Subcons
- Ensure Subcon's compliance to the company's Safety Policy and Procedures
- As Operations Back-up and Support
- Attend messengerial functions in support to Accounting, when necessary
- Assist other CS Specialist during volume surge
- Perform other task/s as required by his/her immediate superior
