Job Description

Graduate of any 4-year business course; preferably Tourism/Business Management or equivalent
  • With at least two year relevant work experience; preferably with experience from the shipping industry
Competent in answering customers queries in different Social Media Platform
  • Skilled with Online Booking, Reservation and Ticketing
Proficient in Excel, Word and Email Software
  • Strong Ability to learn new software and explore new applications of existing software
Excellent Customer Service handling
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
