Graduate of any 4-year business course; preferably Tourism/Business Management or equivalent- With at least two year relevant work experience; preferably with experience from the shipping industry
Competent in answering customers queries in different Social Media Platform
- Skilled with Online Booking, Reservation and Ticketing
Proficient in Excel, Word and Email Software- Strong Ability to learn new software and explore new applications of existing software
Excellent Customer Service handling
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
