Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Outbound Sales Team. The ideal candidate will primarily engage with customers over the phone, offering personalized support and solutions while driving sales. Success in this role will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure based on sales performance.

This role includes a 60-day probation period during which performance will be evaluated. You'll also have a defined sales quota to meet as part of the team's success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers via outbound calls to promote and sell health and pain management products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster trust and brand loyalty.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits, pricing, and offers to drive sales conversions.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, strategies, and techniques to improve outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to address customer inquiries confidently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with health and pain management products is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Gorgias), Google Suite, Shopify.
  • With fast internet and operational laptop
