- Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Manager to oversee our customer service specialists and digital sales specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing large teams, with a background in BPO or customer service management. They will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and driving digital sales performance.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service specialists and digital sales specialists to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service to clients and customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales) to ensure alignment of customer service efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
Implement best practices in customer service management and sales techniques to optimize team performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to develop team members skills and knowledge in customer service and sales techniques.
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, KPIs, and achievements to senior management.
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role, with a background in leading large teams.- Experience in a BPO environment or customer service management is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in customer service or sales management are a plus.
