Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide expert advice on tire selection, installation, and maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.- Address customer inquiries and concerns, offering solutions and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tire products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and ensure smooth daily operations.- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Promote and upsell additional products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the tire or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of tire products, including brands, types, and specifications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and provide clear, accurate information.- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
