We are looking for customer service representatives that will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Successful CSR's are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Everyday
customer service representatives will put themselves in their customer's shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications & Experience
College graduate with 4 year course
- Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service work experience in the BPO industry (BFSI industry a plus)
Excellent attention to detail- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
- Amenable to take NMLS for Licensing
Must have valid ID such as Driver's License or active/valid Philippine Passport holder
