We are looking for a well-rounded Customer Service Support Specialist with extensive experience in handling challenging customer situations, building customer relationships, and being a handyman with hands-on experience or exposure to mechanical or plumbing-related activities.
In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, offering expert advice and after-sales support to customers through various communication channels.
Customer Assistance: Provide knowledgeable support and guidance to customers via phone, chat, or email. Address and resolve inquiries related to plumbing, and water filtration system issues.
Technical Support: Utilize your handyman experience to offer practical advice, troubleshoot problems, and suggest potential solutions.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products, tools, and techniques in the water filtration field to offer informed recommendations and advice.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Experience: Experience as a handyman with hands-on knowledge in plumbing, water filtration fields is an advantage.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of common issues and solutions related to plumbing, and water filtration systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and provide practical solutions to a range of problems related to water filtration systems.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain detailed records efficiently.
Adaptability: Comfortable with using various communication tools and platforms (phone, chat, email) such as Google programs, Zendesk, etc.
Autonomous: Communicates effectively with customers, especially in written emails, demonstrating efficiency and accuracy with minimal supervision.
