At least SHS Grad (if New Curriculum) or 2nd Year CUG (Completed 2nd sem of 2nd yr) or equivalent (if Old Curriculum)

With at least 6 months Call Center Experience

Good to Excellent Communication Skills

Must be willing to work on site
