Job Description

How you'll make an impact (with some or all of these responsibilities)

  • Ensure excellent customer service to clients/customers, by phone, chat, or email.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all parties and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for the required assigned tasks.
  • Use good judgment to handle difficult situations.
  • Consistent documentation of all calls or activities accurately.
  • Constant demonstration of a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Responsibilities may adapt to the needs of the business.

What you need to succeed

  • Two years of BPO-experience is a requirement.
  • Amenable to a flexible schedule and work onsite in Ortigas and work from home upon regularization.
  • Excellent and professional English verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to take direction well and work independently.
