Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via inbound/Outbound call channels.
2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, order status, billing questions, and general support issues.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
4. Accurately document all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, actions taken, and resolutions provided, in the system.
5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers, contributing to revenue generation goals.
Skills/Ability:
1. Proficient in spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
2. Prior customer service experience, ideally in home furnishing.
3. Efficient handling of inquiries and issue resolution. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in multitasking and working in fast-paced settings.
5. Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
7. Knowledge of home furnishing products and design trends preferred
