Key Responsibilities & Duties:- . Responsible in providing excellent customer service in all platforms of vivo (email,phone,chat,social media)
Accurately encode all inquiries in the company's CRM.- Responsible in taking care of the customers maintenance work orders, follow up and solve their problems in a timely manner.
Act as brand ambassadors of vivo in each platforms showing professionalism, and eagerness to resolve each inquiry across PH;AU;SG regions.
College Graduate or College Level with considerable call center or customer service experience.
- Good english communication skills.
Familiar with mobile phone product functions, operations and popular APP applications, computer/ communication is preferred.- Ability to handle stress and can provide exceptional customer service to each customers.
Familiar with office software operations such as MS OFFICE
- Experience in call center or customer service voice and non-voice account is preferred.
