If you have these qualifications:
well-proven work experience in:- in a highly similar role or related industry (ideally in sales, retail or BPO/call centers)
lead generation/telemarketing
multi-level communication (English, Filipino, and other languages/dialects)- call handling and customer relationship management
data encoding, monitoring & processing
- office & administrative support (customer and account recordkeeping)
persuasive and goal-oriented, with an energetic and friendly demeanor

Presents and delivers information to potential leads and updates customers on new promotions and collections
- Answers potential client questions and follow-up call questions accurately and promptly
Understands client needs and offers solutions and support to ensure a positive customer experience- Creates, maintains, and updates a database of extracted lead information
Tracks weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, and sales metrics
- Coordinates with the sales team when closing a sale
