Job Description

Plan and develop merchandising strategies
  • Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and other stakeholders to negotiate prices and quantities
  • Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
  • Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs and others
  • Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Look for opportunities such as events, launching and the like for book selling or book display to maximize sales and marketing reach
  • Process the whole retail sales process from requesting books to closing temporary warehouse
Function as sales person and or cashier in every event
  • Manage all e-commerce shop as needed
Function as account executive for trade, chikiting books, higher education products as needed
  • Submit daily reports
Address client concern on Vibal various customer service lines
  • Adhere to Sales Department internal policies, procedures and memo at all times
Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor if needed
  • Job Qualification:
College graduate (preferred)
  • has at least the basic presentation skills
has excellent organization skills and keen attention to detail
  • Successful experience in a corporate environment
Experience in sales
  • Experience in a call-center environment
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member
