Role Purpose:*
Drive sales and upsell holiday packages to customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience while meeting sales targets.
Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college (4 semesters with no back subjects for HS OLD curriculum graduates) OR College graduate.- At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Upselling (preferably in BPO or Hospitality industries).
Key Responsibilities:* Engage with customers via phone or email to present and upsell holiday packages.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable holiday packages based on their preferences.
Provide detailed information about package features, benefits, and promotions.- Handle objections and close sales effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
