We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our Premium Airline Account!
Qualifications:
- Education:At least college-level
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience in voice support
- At least 6 months of experience in the airline industry (Amadeus background is a plus)
- Familiarity with handling leisure and business customers
- Background in GDS/Reservations system is advantageous
- Experience managing various communication channels (Phone, Email, Chat, Back Office)
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Open to feedback and coaching
- Ability to work independently across a broad range of activities
