Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, including calls, emails, or chats.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers for customers.
  • Resolve escalated or complex inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Consult on product or service-related questions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Completed Senior High School or College education.
  • Strong product or service knowledge; able to recognize, apply, and explain relevant information.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using various applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
