Job Role:The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is in charge of all works with clients who have complaints, orders, inquiries or require information about products/services purchased from the company. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers needs at each step of the process.
Answer all incoming calls promptly.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
Master the art of active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
Keeping accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Navigate complex scenarios with grace and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Graduate or Undergraduate of any course.
Previous experience working with international account is desirable.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service and people skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Decisiveness, collaboration, flexibility and adaptability.
Ability and willingness to work on-site on a night shift period.
