Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Tenoci Voice located in Cebu. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Additionally, they will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, and process customer orders and requests.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Experience in a similar customer service role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
