Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Salary Package: For Applicants who has a minimum of 6 months under BPO: (25,000 + 2,500 Allowance + 10% Night Diff)

For Applicants who has 3 years and above BPO experience: (30,000 - 37,000 + 2,500 Allowance + 10% Night Diff)

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated CSR/TSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications:


- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience.

- Completed at least 2 years in College

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php37,000.00 per month
