Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in customer service and should be familiar with the job market context of SEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English and one or more SEA languages
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
