Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Others or equivalent.- Preferably 1-3 years Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
The Branch Customer Service Representative's role operates in a variety of capacities concerning customer related issues from the field office level.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles all assigned customer-related inbound calls, sms, and emails. This will include but not limited to the following: Loan balance inquiry, loan prospect inquiry, collection-related issues, requests for loan adjustments and payment arrangement.- Corresponds to customer complaints and forward to concerned departments for resolution.
Handles tele-sales functions that would include doing outbound calls to offer for repeat sales and loan applications.
- Endorsement of closed accounts to loan operations for proper turn-over of customer's documents.
