Candidate must possess a 4-year bachelor's degree graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Others or equivalent.- Preferably 6months-1year Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
The Primary Role of a Branch Customer Relations Representative is to champion customer-focused attitude in handling and provide immediate and timely responses to Customers, both internal and external.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles all customer-related walk-in, inbound calls, SMS, emails correctly and in a timely manner. This will include but not limited to the following: Loan balance inquiry, collection-related issues, requests regarding loan adjustments, payment arrangements. May also handle customer complaints.
- Attainment of prescribed KPIs and KRAs set by the Department/Division.
Handles all customer-related outbound calls for requests, follow-ups, inquiries related to customer's Sumisho loan.
