Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customers questions
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • No work experience is needed (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
