Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Leisurely. As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience for both homeowners and travelers.

Job Summary

Leisurely Stays is seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Information Provision: Provide guests with information about local attractions, amenities, and services.
Booking Assistance: Assist guests with booking reservations and making changes as needed.
Follow-Up: Ensure all guest interactions are documented and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide seamless service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of South Goa district and tourist attractions is beneficial
  • Availability to work full time and on-site
