Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).- Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
At least 6 months of BPO work experience
- Good to excellent verbal and written English skills
Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns- Strong problem-solving skills
Adaptability to a changing work environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw, Mandaluyong
