JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Telephone (IVR) Team The voice service team interacts with users through voice mode to complete service tasks.
Responsible for answering pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales inquiries on the customer service hotline.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to requests received during phone conversations.
Ensure timely answering of calls, efficient communication, adherence to standard online time, and maintain the smoothness of agent.- Provide customers with good service attitude and professionalism, and resolve order issues.
Optimal suggestions received via phone should be promptly conveyed;
- Responsible for completing work tasks assigned by superiors.
- Job Requirements:
Priority given to those with basic knowledge of hotel industry.
- Possess good professional ethics and stress resistance, work diligently, have a sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit.
Accept shift work and rotating break.
