We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to handle intake calls for law firms. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a professional and empathetic approach while collecting essential information to assess the viability of their cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound intake calls from potential clients on behalf of law firms.
- Conduct initial interviews to gather key information about the client's legal needs.
- Assess case viability by following the intake process and criteria set by the law firm.
- Accurately document client information and communicate with law firm staff for case evaluations.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the client interaction.
- Manage and update the client intake database.
- Assist with onboarding new clients by preparing and sending intake forms and related documentation.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure a seamless handoff of client information.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience (preferably handling inbound calls).
- Experience in a legal environment or working with law firms is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, or other intake software.
