DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-HANDLING CUSTOMER QUESTIONS, INQURIES AND COMPLAINTS.
-IDENTIFY AND ASSESS CUSTOMER'S NEEDS TO ACHIEVE SATISFACTION.
-PREPARING AND SUBMITTING QUOTATION FOR ORDERS.
-MAINTAINING CLIENT RECORDS.
-ASKS FOR CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK.
-ANALYZE AND REPORTS PRODUCT MALFUNCTIONS.
-ASSIST IN SCHEDULING INSTALLATION AND SERVICES.
