Job Description

Job Summary
  • Acts as the daily point of contact for the external customers and business units within the company
Manage, develop and grow assigned accounts in collaboration with concerned business units with the objective of meeting customer requirements within the agreed key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration, preferably Licensed Customs Broker
  • At least 1-4 Year(s) of working experience in a logistics or shipping lines Industry
Has good written and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
Good Communication skills
  • Familiar with the different documents needed in processing shipments (import and export)
Must keen to details and has good analytical skills

Work Location: Malate, Manila

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Customer Service Representative: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:


Customs Broker (Preferred)
