_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES_
- Providing first-level query response to customers
Booking deliveries into freight management system- Ensuring queue length and call wait times are kept to a minimum
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Using online systems to access data and answer inquiries- Logging notes on all issues/enquiries against the relevant job
Investigating, resolving, or escalating all driver queries in a timely fashion

- Strong customer service focus
Excellent written and spoken English- Excellent telephone manner
Proficient computer skills
- Confidence in taking calls from outside of the Philippines
Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate to individuals and groups- Ability to work without supervision
Ability to deal with busy, high-pressure situations
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the team and the organisation
A personal presentation that reflects a professional image and the values of the organisation
