ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.- Drive the negotiation and closure of new business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how Monoprice can add value to their business.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Sell products- Utilize computer technology to handle high-volume calls and incoming and outgoing emails
Work with Monoprice Customer Service, as needed, to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Display a courteous, knowledgeable enthusiastic, and supportive attitude
Perform research to answer inquiries and requests- Meet quantitative performance metrics as assigned
Keep customer accounts current by updating databases
- Maintain and grow existing customers through exceptional customer support and sales techniques
Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the manager, the appropriate department, or person- Generate new business leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Monoprice's Services.

Track sales activities
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, however, a college degree is preferred- Minimum of 1-2 year's experience in Outbound Sales
Persistent & highly motivated
- Passion for learning and sales; highly committed and disciplined; positive disposition and mindset
- Technical or specific skills
Experience with Cold Calling, Cold Emailing, and Social Selling
- Experience with prospecting and qualifying leads
Probing for Sales; sales strategy Advanced Proficiency in CRM tool
- Able to work under pressure and effectively manage stress
Goal-oriented, ambitious, extremely motivated- Advanced level of MS Office, MS window, and computer knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php28,000.00 per month
