This is a
Customer Service role handling dental patients phone calls for scheduling, inquiries, payments, etc for a dental company located in the
United States. Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments and procedures.
- Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
Take 60+ calls per day handling patient's needs, questions, scheduling, etc.- Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary.
Identifying any issues with the patient and solving inquiries.
More than 1 year of US Healthcare experience (voice/blended account)
- Experience with medical billing is a plus
Customer service skills and experienceGood to Excellent English communication skills are a MUST.
Must be amenable to work onsite on the 22nd Floor, The Peak Tower, 107 L.P. Leviste St, Makati, 1227 Metro Manila, Philippines.- Must be amenable to working in night shift.
