Job Summary:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking calls with donors regarding pick-ups, tax receipt, and follow-ups.
Takes inbound donation and inquiry calls.
- Does outbound calls/ emails/texts for donation follow-ups.
Schedules pick-ups between Towers and Donors.- Engages in customer service/ offers assistance for existing Donors (eg. send tax receipts/vacation vouchers, update accounts, etc).
College graduate/level- Has BPO experience with 3-5 year experience in sales
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Can work on-site and night shift
