Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking calls with donors regarding pick-ups, tax receipt, and follow-ups.
  • Job Scope:
Takes inbound donation and inquiry calls.
  • Does outbound calls/ emails/texts for donation follow-ups.
Schedules pick-ups between Towers and Donors.
  • Engages in customer service/ offers assistance for existing Donors (eg. send tax receipts/vacation vouchers, update accounts, etc).
  • Job Qualifications:
College graduate/level
  • Has BPO experience with 3-5 year experience in sales
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Can work on-site and night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
