Client Acquisition:_
Convert prospective warm leads into new clients by effectively communicating our company's products and benefits.
Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls, online chats, and social media, to engage with potential clients.

Client Support and Collaboration:_
Provide exceptional support to clients through phone calls, online chats, and other social media channels.
Address and resolve client inquiries, particularly those related to trading, in a timely and efficient manner.
Liaise with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the delivery of the best possible service to clients.
Collaborate closely with team members to share insights and strategies for improving client engagement and satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:_
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.
Monitor client activity and feedback, providing regular updates and reports to the sales and management teams.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients through various channels.
Strong understanding of trading-related concepts and the ability to assist clients with their inquiries.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
