As a Customer Service Representative at LAKIWIN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online gaming customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our players have a seamless and enjoyable experience while engaging with our games. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance to enhance their gaming experience. This position requires an Associate Level Seniority with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and efficient online support to customers through chat, email, and other digital channels.
Resolve customer issues related to gameplay, account management, and technical difficulties.
Assist customers with understanding game features, rules, and promotions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive gaming experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest game updates, features, and promotions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably within the online gaming industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with online gaming platforms and a passion for gaming.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Working Hours:
This is a position with flexible working hours.
Candidates must be available to work 12-hour shifts.
Shifts will rotate between day shift and night shift to meet the needs of our customers.
Range of Salary: 35,000 50,000
