Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Quemahtech Private Limited located in South Goa. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to enhance the customer experience.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Prior experience in customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
