Job Description

General Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls within a reasonable time frame
Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly collection reports
  • Initiate collection calls on past due balances
Negotiate payment arrangements
  • Payment reconciliation
Perform other duties that will be assigned from time to time
  • Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Antipolo City
