Detailed Accountabilities:- Perform sales and customer service tasks across different platforms (telephone, e-commerce website, social media, networks, email messaging and chat) to ensure targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Collect and verify customer contact information and generate new leads through referrals.- Ensure the accuracy of order billing and delivery information encoded in the system.
Revive orders that are being cancelled or have been canceled
- Handle pre-and post-sales support and ensure customer issues are documented, coordinated, and resolved promptly
Liaise with concerned departments/companies and serve as the point person to customers.- Prepare required documentation and reports.
Participate in agent enrichment and pre-and post-shift activities.
- Serve as support personnel for e-comm team.
Collaborate with other department to deliver projects smmoothly- Assist with double-dates and big ticket date sales event
Manning and hosting for live-selling
- Carry on administrative task for e-comm
Expected to be product ambassadors and F&B experts of products- Help identifying trends and threats in soc media
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
