Job Description

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
