Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Pioneer Account - Dayshift)
How You'll Make An Impact
- Ensure excellent customer service to clients/customers about vehicle sales, service appointments, parts, warranties, and other related issues. They may assist customers over the phone, via email, or in person.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all parties and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Do a follow up with customers after service visits or sales to ensure that their needs were met and to gather feedback on their experience.
- Maintain accountability and responsibility for the required assigned tasks.
- Use good judgment to handle difficult situations.
- Consistent documentation of all calls or activities accurately.
- Constant demonstration of a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Responsibilities may adapt to the needs of the business.
What You Need To Succeed
- Two years of BPO-experience is a plus.
- Amenable to a flexible schedule and onsite work setup.
- Excellent and professional English verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to take direction well and work independently.
