Client Profile: This business sells fax equipment, digital and conventional copiers, and other associated goods and services. As a provider of comprehensive document solutions that help clients organize their operations while cutting expenses, the company is rapidly growing across the nation.
Position: Front Desk Representative (Weekends Off, Dayshift)
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Makati City
Salary Offer: Php16,000-Php18,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8AM to 5PM)
Work Set Up: Onsite
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder.
At least 1 experience in customer service or related position.
Experience working in a BPO or Manufacturing Company.
Amenable to attend interview.
Amenable to work onsite.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in cost reduction by implementing non-contact meter collection
Encoding and transmitting billing and run RPA
Submit and complete meter collection timely and accurately
Resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests and maintaining customer service records.
Responding to customer queries
