Completed at least 2 years in college
- Must have at least 1 year of BPO customer service experience and 1 year in
any of the following line of businesses: disputes, fraud, or claims.
- Experience in E-Commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus
- Experience in Quality Control/Assurance is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in rotating shifts
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
