Job Description:
Open for fresh graduate.
Open for Non-bachelor degree with at least 5 months work experience in BPO.
Willing to attend Face-to-Face Interview.
Willing to start immediately.
Amenable to work onsite.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for providing customer service support.
Ensure quality and quantity of calls are observed in resolving customer care needs.
Responsible to handle customers complaints and provide solutions.
Respond and handles all customer questions and inquiries.
Provide guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service.
