_Responding to Emails
: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate responses.Handling Live Chat Support
: Provide real-time assistance to customers through chat, resolving issues and answering questions promptly.Managing Social Media Inquiries: Monitor and respond to customer messages and comments on social media platforms, maintaining a professional tone.
- Processing Orders and Refunds: Handle order processing, returns, and refunds, ensuring that transactions are carried out smoothly.
Updating Customer Information
: Maintain and update customer records in the company's database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Troubleshooting Issues
: Identify and resolve technical issues or product-related problems through written communication.Escalating Complex Issues: When necessary, escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams.
- Documenting Customer Interactions: Log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.
Providing Product Information
: Offer detailed information about products or services, including features, pricing, and availability.Collaborating with Other Teams
: Work with other departments (e.g., technical support, sales, logistics) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Excellent Written Communication Skills
: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate through email, chat, and other written platforms.Strong Reading Comprehension
: Ability to quickly understand and respond to customer inquiries or issues.Attention to Detail: Accuracy in understanding customer needs and providing the correct information or solutions.
- Typing Speed and Accuracy: Proficiency in fast and accurate typing, often with a required minimum typing speed (e.g., 40-60 words per minute).
Problem-Solving Skills
: Ability to think critically and provide solutions to customer problems in a calm and efficient manner.Basic Technical Skills
: Familiarity with using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms).Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to customer queries within a designated time frame.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries.
Experience in Customer Service
: Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in a non-voice environment, is often preferred.Ability to Work Independently
: Self-motivation and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision, especially in remote or work-from-home settings.
Note: This position requires working from our office location in Cebu. Remote work or relocation assistance is not available for this role.
