At least a college graduate or with 6 months BPO experience (required)- Has excellent listening and comprehension skills
Good negotiations skills
- Above average communication skills
Business Writing skills- Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
