Qualifications:- Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.- with BPO experience is a plus
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
