Job Responsibilities:- Conflict resolution by engaging with our mobile app users while maintaining a high level of customer service
Handling of queries from customers while ensuring total customer satisfaction- Coordination amongst parties concerned during the duration of the order fulfillment process pickup and drop-off, ensuring that everything is at par with acceptable standards
Perform other duties as may be assigned
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Above average skills in MS Office Applications- Strong command of English and Filipino languages, proficiency in other languages a plus
Ability to resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints
- Can work well with minimum supervision
Must be willing to work in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
