Responsibilities:
- Account Management skills
- Accounts knowledge - preferable credit control experience, reconciliation
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
-Accounts Background, Credit control and reconciliation of accounts
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles
